A cozy and charming loft style studio directly linked with the Bangsar LRT station, perfect for vacation or work alike. EST Urban Loft is the ideal place to explore KL and enjoy easy access to our city attractions and great food all around. We offer range of amenities include free wifi access and also a free parking for our guests upon request. The space Urban Loft is a 556sft loft studio apartment. The loft area has a queen bed, and there is a full kitchen and an ensuite bathroom. What you will find: - One queen bed. Can accommodate a third person with an extra foldable mattress (upon advanced special request with extra charge- please inform us when booking) - Air-conditioned space - A SMART TV, with access to Netflix included, as well as more recent movies and TV series. - A fully functional kitchen, with all cooking needs provided. Kitchen has a fridge, microwave, hood, hob, pots and pans, plates, bowls, and cutleries. Kitchen also has a water purifier for your drinking water needs - A washer/dryer unit so you can do laundry, with good quality detergent provided - Some books, for you to read and enjoy your downtime - Access to the facilities floor of the apartment - with an infinity pool, wading pool, gym, games room and sauna. Other things to note Check in time is at 3PM and check out time is 11AM. For early check in, we take pride in a thorough cleaning of the unit (about 2 hours) before your stay, and thus, for most cases, we can only accommodate 2:30pm early check in requests when the unit is ready. If you need the unit earlier, you are advised to book the day before. For late check outs, if you plan to check out after 11AM, please inform us before or during your stay. Similar to the check ins, as the unit goes through a thorough cleaning before the next guest, we can only accommodate at most up to an extra hour (12PM). If you do not inform us in advanced, and you do not check out by 11AM, we will have the right to charge you an extra RM30 for a late check out fee until 12PM. We strictly cannot accommodate a later check out unless the unit is unoccupied for the next day. If you are driving, a free parking card will be allocated to you (to park at level 6 and above). Please take note that any fines or penalty charges imposed by the parking management (e.g., for parking at the wrong level or in reserved spots) will not be borne by us. *Maximum vehicle height for entry is 2.1 meters.
