Spacious and bright apt. in the center of Venice

My apartment is spacious -140 sq.meters-and bright in an historical palace in the very center of Venice. There is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom , another smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom with a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table where you can have breakfast or meals. In the wide living room there is a table for 6 and 2 large sofas. From here you have access to a nice terrace with table and chairs where you can relax after sightseeing!!! When you make your reservation if you are two people sleeping in the same room you can choose two single beds or one double bed. Other things to note Please respect rules about quiet and silence during the night and rules about garbage recycling explained in the list at the house. HEATING starts by law on the 22nd of OCTOBER. Due to Energy Emergency Italian Government has set restrictions to heating temperature reduced to 19 degrees with a tolerance of 2 degrees so maximum 21 degrees .
