Over 200 year old property, area of 2152 Sq Ft. Have a Basement, Ground, mezzanine, 1st floor & an attic. The structure is a classic Kerala style called the “Nalukettu”. Nalukettu is a traditional name of old Tharavadu (Ancestral name) where many generations of matrilineal family lived. It was built according to the science of architecture “Kumara Thachusastra “ otherwise called “Vasthu”. This is a standalone property with a Padippura. Located about 1.5KM from the city center and downtown. The space This place was once used by the Cochin ruler's Diwan. The armoury was in a basement room and it is preserved very well. However no weapons are available. Spacious living room with wide veranda on the west and north of the house. There is no concrete structure. Made from Laterite, wood and clay roofing tiles only. Several tiles are seen with the year of manufacture marked like 1903 etc. Serene atmosphere with no disturbances from outside Guest access Guests can access the whole area.
