Liveliest Place in Dresden for 1-2
Description
Cosy room with double couch bed in the liveliest district Neustadt, packed with cafés, restaurants, stores, art galleries, etc. - beware it gets loud in the summer time due to nightlife. Just a 20-min walk from the city centre! It is the best place to start your exploration. The kitchen and bath are shared with me. High ceilings, a breath-taking cactus and a friendly host round it off. The space Welcome! You will get my beloved and authentically decorated living room (~ 16m²). It has a very comfortable double bed-sofa with an extra foam mattress layer for 2 people (140x200 cm) and optionally an additional single mattress. There is a desk for studying, a wardrobe and a shelve for personal belongings. It is an old house with high ceilings, a beautiful cut and very plant-friendly. The curtains darken the room efficiently. Wifi, cable internet, towels and earplugs for sleeping in case of loud parties on the street are provided. The area is by far the most interesting and diverse in the city, but that also means it can get quite loud at night. Not suitable for sensitive sleepers. Guest access One room is at your own disposition. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with me. A cooker, oven, microwave oven, kettle and toaster are available. You'll get space in the refrigerator (and freezer). A washing machine is available. I actually have most things you can need for living, so just ask! :-) During your stay I am very friendly and enjoy having a cup of tea together. You'll see me almost every day. Other things to note I work very early on the weekdays, so that check-ins are usually possible only from around 5 through to about 9-10 pm. Afterwards I sleep! I need to check every booking request for my availability. If you wish any additional information, don't hesitate to contact me :-) I am keen to answer individually.
