We do not have central heating on the property. * High-speed Wi-Fi internet connectivity is provided (100 MBPS) * All bathrooms have storage water heaters for hot water supply. The water heaters need to be put on 20 Mins before usage and should be turned off after usage. The capacity of water heaters is 25 Lts in every bathroom. * The property has 100% power back up by a generator, and in case of a power outage the electricity will be back within 2 mins * Property has elevator access and can fit in a wheelchair for accessibility Rental Inclusions: * Fully equipped Kitchen with all basic appliances (Microwave, Gas Stove, Mixer Grinder, Refrigerator, Toaster, Electric kettle and RO Water Purifier), cookware and serveware. * Fresh Linen will be provided at the time of check-in and every fourth day * Daily Housekeeping is provided once a day at a fixed time (includes Dusting, Brooming, Mopping and Dishes) * Free Wi-Fi and DTH Service * 40 Units of complementary electricity will be provided every day (pro-rata) for bookings less than 28 nights, extra units consumed will be charged ₹ 10 per unit. The cap is only to prevent misuse/wastage of electricity by leaving the heavy appliances/air conditioning on when not inside the property. * Toiletries - Shower Gel, Shampoo, Hand Wash, Hand Towels, Bath Towels, and Tissue Rolls. * Washing Machine access, and detergent to be arranged by guest Add-ons: * Additional Linen change (if required more frequently) is chargeable @ ₹ 500 per room per time. * Electricity will be charged as per actual for booking more than 28 nights (in addition to the rent). We have discounted the rental substantially for monthly bookings, so this amount will be payable separately. Meals & Dining: *Home delivery of food can easily be ordered by the guests staying at our apartment from various delivery restaurants in the vicinity, ranging from cuisines like Asian, Indian, Italian, Continental, Fast Food, Korean, Japanese, etc. *Home delivery of food can also be ordered using Swiggy and Zomato apps, which can bring your favourite food to our place, within minutes. *The sector 46 market, with several convenience stores, pharmacies, vegetable stores, and restaurants is located at 1 KM away. Grocery & Medicine Delivery: * Groceries and medicines can be easily ordered for doorstep delivery through various delivery apps. Our property staff will also help you with the number of nearby supermarkets and pharmacy shops that deliver to our place. * A Government approved vegetable cart comes to the property for the sale of vegetables daily *Cab facilities like Uber, Ola, Meru, Rapido and many other services can be called within 5 minutes at any time of the day or night. Pet Policy: * We welcome your toilet-trained pets into the property; however, we levy an additional one-time cleaning fee of ₹ 2000 per booking towards hosting guests with pets. This fee is to take care of dry-cleaning of sofas, carpets, etc. after you leave the property so that it is pet hair and smell-free for our next guests. * The guest will ensure the safety of our team, including maids, guards, etc. and of neighbours, children, people scared of pets, etc., and shall maintain necessary safety precautions at all times. Guest access Guests will have primary access to the apartment. Our staff stays on the Ground Floor of the building in their quarters. Other things to note ~Electricity Conservation~ Adequate power will be available to the guests to have a comfortable stay. To prevent wastage of electricity, we recommend consumption of 40 Units per day (calculated pro-rata). This calculation is sufficient for running the house with air-conditioning/heating and necessary consumption. Our team will inform the guests if the power consumption is going beyond the recommended usage. We request our guests to turn off air conditioning/room heating/water heaters when going out, and not leave them on unattended. Additional consumption will be chargeable at ₹ 10 per unit. * This property is part of a residential apartment complex, which has certain rules pertaining to loud music / cordial neighbourhood relations, which our guests would be expected to maintain. * The entry/exit to the property is under CCTV surveillance. ~Red Eye check-in/ check-out Duty Charges~ * Extra duty charges for late-night check-ins/checkouts from 10 PM to 8 AM are ₹1500. This is the fee payable for arranging for our staff to do a check-in / check-out during off-duty hours. Please be considerate and do not ask us to waive these charges as someone will be staying up to welcome you or see you off during off-duty hours and we need to pay them for their service to provide you with that convenience.
