Villa Evisa

The villa is situated in the neighbourhood of Montsia Mar, in Alcanar Playa (Tarragona). The place is a quiet and family area. You have small beaches 600 m. from the villa (small stones and sand in the water). You will find all the shops, activities and beaches in La Ràpita, a few minutes by car. We are in the region of Delta del Ebro, between Barcelona and Valencia. The space The villa is situated in a beautiful land of 1300 m2, with a big pool (it's not heated, but it's available all the year) and BBQ area. You have a ping-pong in the garden and a fussball-table in the cover terrace. You can alsos relax in the hammock. There is 1 double bedroom with air-conditioning and its own bathroom (bathtub), a 2nd one with double bed and also air conditioning and a 3rd one with 2 beds and ceiling fan. You have 2 other shower rooms. The living room also have air conditioning and a sofa-bed. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. In a room behind the villa you have a washing machine. You can enjoy the solarium with a beautiful sea view. You can park one big car inside the area of the villa and another one in front of the house, without disturb anyone. Pets are not allowed. In our region, you can enjoy small creeks, sand beaches, wild beach of 25 km long, nature reserve of Delta del Ebro, with full of birds, flamingos and rice fields. For mountain lovers, there are a lot of walks with fantastic views to the sea. Come and enjoy de Carnaval of Vinaros in February, Eastern, St Joan in June, St Carles de la Rapita fest end of July, different events in August, quiet moments and beautiful weather in Autumn.
