The apartment is cozy and well-organized: a living area with comfortable sofas and a TV, a dining area with a round glass table, and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine, in addition to the classic Moka. The sleeping area features a comfortable queen-size bed, large wardrobes, and a chest of drawers, while the bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine. The living room sofa can be converted into a real single bed if needed, making the loft suitable for up to 3 guests. Air conditioning and fiber-optic Wi-Fi complete the amenities, making this loft ideal for short and pleasant stays. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay. Self-check-in is available for added convenience, and we are always reachable via the platform’s messaging system for any assistance you may need. Additionally, guests have access to the garage (by prior reservation only). Since the garage is public, it has set opening hours, which will be communicated upon the guest’s request for parking. Other things to note Please note that the apartment is located on the second floor of an ancient medieval tower without an elevator, so it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. However, the climb is rewarded with a bright and charming loft offering stunning views over the rooftops of Florence and a unique atmosphere in the heart of the historic center. Everything is within easy reach — you won’t need a car during your stay. The apartment is located within the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone). If you plan to arrive by car, it is essential to inform me at the time of booking to arrange garage access. Larger vehicles may be subject to a small daily surcharge (20-35€), while cars under 3.8 meters (see house rules) can park for free. The garage, just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment, is convenient and easy to reach. The ZTL permit is included in the parking price, as long as your arrival by car is communicated in advance; if notified late (less than 2 days before arrival), an extra fee will apply for urgent vehicle registration. All of Florence’s main attractions are just a 5-minute walk away. I will provide maps and useful information to help you easily reach the garage and navigate the city center. For those who prefer to park outside the ZTL, there is a very convenient parking area directly on the A1 motorway called Villa Costanza Firenze, accessible from both directions and with easy return access to the city.
