Please note, this is a quiet neighborhood and quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. No events, parties or loud music is permitted in this residence. Please note that our property does not accommodate individuals or groups under the age of 30. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain a comfortable and respectful environment for all our guests. Would greatly appreciate being informed as to your estimated time of arrival and flight number if you come by plane, when making an inquiry / reservation. • Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM (On request from 9 PM on) PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES • Not approved Late Check-out after 11 AM: €150 • Lost keys or damage to entry lock: €250.00 (needs to change completely the lock); if it is not need to change it: €125 • Damage to keys set: €50 • Smoke in the property: €300 • The guest must comply with the community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay.
