Small nest away from the hustle and bustle of the city, on the edge of a wood and the forest, with every comfort: Wifi via Airbox, bluetooth tower, radio, dishwasher with doses, raclette/griddle/grill/crepe, fondue, toaster, capsule and filter coffee machines, microwave/grill, kettle. South-facing terrace, Aiguille du Midi view, Monts Blancs. Free parking right across the street. Wood to the west, Brévent and busy road to the north. Located 700 m from the Grépon parking lot, Aiguille du Midi, 15 min walk to the Center, by trail in the back. The space There is everything you need (sheets, towels, tea towels, cleaning and bath products, basic kitchen) and enough to sleep up to 5 people, but BEWARE, it is small, even if cozy and fun! 20m2 in total with the mezzanine, where you cannot stand up and accessible by a ladder, with a large skylight for more light and space, to sleep under the stars and see the Brévent and the Aiguille when you wake up. The bed is excellent, but the height under the beams is less than 1.50 m. You may prefer to sleep downstairs, but it's still a sofa bed. The night rate is based on 2 persons sleeping in 1 same queen bed. That said, we graciously put a 3rd bed of 70cm at your disposal, on the mezzanine, if there are 3 of you or, on request, if you are 2 and want to sleep separately. That said, if 2 people want to sleep in a large bed or 3 people want 1 bed each, an additional €15 will be charged for the sheets of the 2nd large bed. For your comfort, we provide Crocs, in several sizes, to use with your socks. Please return them CLEAN. We do our best to make you feel at home and at your disposal for any need. Thank you for taking care of our little nest and leaving it as you would like to find it. ;-)) Guest access Enter "Parc de La Yagire 74400 Chamonix" on the GPS. Le Clos de l'Ours is located on the Route Blanche, 200 m to the right, after the roundabout to the Mont Blanc tunnel. It is the 1st Chalet on the right, No. 18/20, which is accessed by retrieving the key in a box with a digicode, located to the right of the entrance balcony, behind the beam. The code will be sent to you by the site just before your arrival. Just remember to pull the handle towards you and turn 3 times to the left to open. If you arrive at night, consider a torch, because the Clos is only lit by the stars and the moon and the keybox is hidden behind a beam! ;-) To go to town on foot, go through the path at the top right of the Clos, then turn left, pass the bridge of the torrent, on the left, then under the road by the small stairs. Other things to note - Remember your walking shoes, backpack, swimsuit for the beautiful municipal pool with slide and hammam sauna or the QC Termes (on reservation). Direct access to the beautiful Dard Waterfall in 30-45 minutes, frozen in winter: a must see! In summer, you can cool off at Lake Passy in the lower valley, just before the access ramp to the last 20 km. - Take your walking shoes, backpack, swimming wear if you wish to enjoy the nice swimming pool in Chamonix, with its toboggan and sauna hammam equipment or the QC Termes (upon booking). Direct access to the Dard waterfall, 30-45 min, frozen in the winter: a must! In the Summer, you may stop for a swim at the Lake of Passy, down the valley, just before driving the last 20 km. - Viene con sus zapatos y equipaje para la montaña, su equipaje de baño para aprobechar de la piscina municipal con su toboggan y sauna hammam or los QC Termes (reservación).
