Village house

Village house, tastefully renovated to preserve the old-world charm (stove, exposed beam). Authentic and inhabited house. It is located in the heart of the old village, in a very quiet area and has a garden and a covered barbecue area. Ideal for a family with children but also very nice for a couple or friends. 1 parking space available in front of the house We also have many games and a foosball table in the game room The space Cellar and laundry room with washing machine in the basement and a game room area with legos, games and a FOOTBALL TABLE The ground floor is composed of a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher), a guest toilet and the living room. The kitchen overlooks the garden and a terrace equipped with a large table and a barbecue area, and a vegetable garden. Many games, outdoor and indoor, are available for children (age 8). Rocky, our cat will be there, (who does his business outside so no cat box inside the house) and will need to be fed during your stay. The living room is equipped with a large sofa and a TV. The first floor consists of a large bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with toilet, bathtub and shower. The third floor has two children's bedrooms (9 years old): one with a children's bunk bed (but adult size mattress) and the other with a single or double bed if necessary and a bathroom (toilet + shower). Many games (Lego, Bd) As far as outdoor facilities are concerned, a private parking space is available in front of the house (outside) Stove heating + radiator in winter when very cold (Heated bathroom in winter) Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, i.e. 2 bedrooms on the top floor, the master bedroom, 2 bathrooms-WC, a toilet, living room, kitchen, living room and the garden with its covered Children's playroom in the basement + laundry room.
