The kitchen contemporary with all integrated items such as oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and even a dishwasher. The main room has oak flooring with a stunning and very cool folding double bed! This maximises on space for entertaining in the apartment. We have contemporary furnishings through-out including a gloss white Heals style desk and white leather chair, an LED screen connected to Netflix and YouTube, duck egg-shell stunning sofa with scatter cushions and beautiful glass coffee table. There is also a double wardrobe complete with hangers and an ironing board/iron/airer. The flat also now has a Bluetooth connectable speaker. The kitchen is fully equipped down to a cork screw! We have just added a Nespresso machine for your convenience. All bedding and towels are fresh for you in the apartment. If you want a weekly clean please let us know, our cleaners charge £25 per hour and can iron as well for £22 per hour which is payable to the cleaner on the day. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the apartment, please go to the front of the building outside to smoke or vape. Parking is no longer offered at the building due to new management regulations. You will need to park on local streets surrounding the property and may need to buy a parking permit. Guest access All areas in the apartment itself. Private to you! Other things to note We have full wifi 350mb fibre from Hyperoptic offering the fastest speeds in London which is included and a password is on site attached to the front of the router. Upload is over 150mbs and download is achieving 300-400mbs! We have iron, iron board, airer, hair dryer, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge freezer, multiple charging points for iPhones and iPads in the flat built into most wall sockets. Power socket adaptors. Courtesy shampoo, shower gel and soap on each visit just like a hotel. Your apartment will be professionally cleaned and prepared to the highest standard before you arrive! This is not your usual studio Airbnb, it’s rather special. The property is covered by Minut, a detector for cigarette smoke and noise levels. This is monitored 24/7, the system will alert you if noise is too loud and send you, us and Airbnb noise level details. Please respect your neighbours, thank you. Home from home! Not your usual Airbnb...... like a mini hotel at half the cost.. parking is on street locally but you may have to pay for parking unless you can find a free local street. Cars can’t be parked outside the building as you will get a fine from the parking wardens potentially.
