The Coach House, flatlet with large balcony

The house is centrally located just off Kloof Street, a very popular street with quaint shops and many coffee shops and popular restaurants. It has easy access to popular sites such as Table Mountain, the Waterfront, Clifton and Camps Bay beaches. Parking is available. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The house used to be a stable and has been renovated in keeping with the original features as far as possible - hence the title 'The Coach House'. The space The house is in a well established, quiet residential area on the slope of Table mountain. Your accommodation consists of a bedroom with large en suite bathroom and small kitchenette. Entrance is through the main house though your accommodation is totally private. The balcony adjoining your bedroom has views of Table mountain and Lions Head, both of which are within walking distance. Guest access You may want to enjoy your morning coffee out on the balcony or in the kitchenette. Sitting on the balcony provides you with a lovely view of Table mountain and Lions Head. The area is largely wind free and it is beautiful to be outside. There is abundant bird life and squirrels in the garden. During your stay I am available to assist with ideas on places to visit, shopping, dining out and interesting things to do. I go surfing regularly at Muizenberg and can direct you if you are interested in renting a board for a day at the beach. Close neighbours arrange for cycling tours. Alternatively you may have your own plans. Other things to note There is a resident dog, who lives downstairs and does not have access to your flatlet, which is upstairs.
