We provide all the necessities in a quiet and private space for your relaxation and enjoyment. You will have your own private deck/courtyard area to sit and enjoy the beautiful Blue Mountain air. NB. Strictly Whole property non smoking please. Two small and very friendly and quiet Bichoodles live on the property. We provide Nespresso pod coffee machine, kettle and microwave for your convenience, no cooking facilities . The space feels luxurious and spotlessly clean. Burradoo Studio is the Blue Ribbon part of Leura village, away from highway noise, with birdsong and the whisper of the wind in the pine branches to keep you company. Guest access Easy access, with your car park space undercover beside studio. Enjoy a sunny spot in our garden, with ponds, fountain and chirping birds creating a relaxing, quiet ambiance. Other things to note Your studio is separate and private so you have the possibility to bring your own small, strictly hypoallergenic non shedding dog, poodle or similar & crosses. The property is not suitable to leave your dog alone unless your dog is very quiet and accustomed to being left, and for a short period only.
