The space This listing presents a luxurious and meticulously designed loft that caters to those who value comfort and elegance. The loft is equipped with updated air conditioning and heating systems (as of October 2023) and provides WiFi for convenience. The location is ideal for travelers: just 15 minutes from JFK Airport, 40 minutes from LaGuardia, 5 minutes from UBS Arena and Belmont Race Track, and 15 minutes to Nassau Coliseum. With easy access to major highways and a 35 minute LIRR ride into Manhattan, exploring the city is a breeze. Please note that pets, smoking, parties, and outside guests are not permitted, ensuring a peaceful and exclusive environment for your stay. For your peace of mind there is a security camera by the entrance on the exterior. Guest access The loft is for your use, with a private deck, which can be access from the living-room. It is a luxury suite. The loft is located on the top floor. There is a 12 stairs to the entrance of the loft. I am reside on the main floor. I am alway around should you need anything for I am in the main floor. 1. From JFK either you take the AirTrain to Jamaica then take the LIRR to UBS arena or Uber or lift 2. From Manhattan 33 mins ride with the LIRR or take the subway the N1 or N6 to N1 3. I am certified in SEL B4C yoga and you can registered to join me in my morning routine class in my studio starting in May of 2025. 4. Please remember that quite hour is between 11pm -6pm Anyone with less than 5 review will need to present one piece of government 🆔 & a letter of Characters. Other things to note Please refrain from inviting additional guests to the loft, as it is a part of my home. Smoking and pets are not allowed. The neighborhood is family-oriented, so I kindly ask that unregistered Airbnb guests avoid using the loft. I take pride in its decor and amenities, including a comfortable bed and a makeup mirror. Check-in is between 4 pm and 11 pm; for special arrangements, please inform me.
