Modern garden room (private) with terrace in Leusden

Are you looking for a (business) overnight stay in the center of the country, a short stay for your family from abroad, or a weekend of hiking or cycling in the area of Leusden/Amersfoort? Then I can offer you a modern garden room with terrace. You have a private shower with toilet and a kitchenette with a combination microwave and a refrigerator. Public transportation to Amersfoort or Utrecht is within a 2-minute walking distance. The cozy center of Amersfoort is 4.5 km away. The space The room consists of a double bed, a bar table for eating and working, and a kitchenette with a combination microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and coffee machine (Nespresso). Through the sliding door, you reach the terrace overlooking the enclosed garden. The shower with toilet can be found in the hallway right next to the garden room. Guest access The common areas are the hall at the front door and the hallway to the garden room. During your stay I also enjoy talking to my guests and hearing what you are going to do in the area so that I can give you tips if necessary. If you want to book for a longer period of time, e.g. 2 or 3 nights a week, please let us know via a message, then we can always discuss. Due to my 'own' agenda, the available days are not open that far in advance. Other things to note From July 16, 2026, the price you see on the website is the total price. There will then be no additional service costs. Those are now at the expense of the host (15%) Important to know: There is a double bed measuring 140 x 200. So, no 2 single beds. This is included somewhere in a photo description, which I am unable to edit myself. The cost for the space includes tourist tax. In 2026, this will be increased in Leusden from €1.20 to €3.28 per person per night!
