This Suite features a breath-taking view over the Mediterranean Sea from each room and terrace. You may enjoy watching the Sunrise over the water. It is South facing, bright and cosy. It has been recently refurbished. The space includes a large day area (living, dining and open plan kitchen), 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (shower cabin & bidet) and private terrace with dining table for 4 and 2 lounge chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a sofa-bed (140x200cm). Ideal for a couple. The space Right in front of the windows there is a large terrace for sunbathing, dining or just enjoy a drink gazing at the Sea. The house is located on a hill so there is a slope to reach the gate from the beach. For larger families, couples or friends, there is the possibility of renting a near by apartment for a special price: Breathtaking Sea View I and Breathtaking Sea View II. Each apartment has its own private area within the 200m2 large terrace. Within its private area each apartment includes a set of dining table with chairs to eat outdoors or under the sky or owning and a pair of chaise-long to bask in the warmth of the Sun. Other things to note - If you need to use the sofa as a sofa bed please ask for linen and covers in advance so we can provide them and make the sofa as a bed before you arrive if that suists you. – Guests staying longer than a week may book an extra cleaning service which would cost 25 euros and include bedding and fresh towels.

– There is a hill to walk up in order to get to the property. Due to its amazing location, from the apartment you can enjoy watching some important local events: – ‘Fiesta de San Juan’ each June 23rd there are the council’s fireworks from La Farola, 2 min away. - ‘Semana Santa’ in April the ‘Cofradía de La legión’, either Holy Thursday or Holy Friday promenades right in front of the building. – ‘Feria’ in August there are Council Fireworks twice on the first and last days, normally Friday are the inauguration fireworks and a Sunday 10 days later the closure fireworks. They take place at La Farola, 2 minutes away from the apartment. – Christmas Market “Parque de Málaga”, November 30th to January 6th from 11:00am to 8:00pm at Paseo del Parque. – Weekly Artisan’s Market “El Zoco de Muelle Uno”, each Sunday 12pm to 7pm at Key One, 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
