Hanmer Family Hideaway

Our home is located on a quiet and private flat rear section with an outlook to the surrounding mountains. The village shops and hot pools are a 10 minute walk. You are required to clean this home when you leave and bring your own bed sheets, pillow cases and towels. Or these can be provided upon request for an additional cost. Just a few minutes walk away is the Hanmer golf course, tennis courts, a children's skate park and playground. The space This is a 3 bedroom home with an open plan living area. It features a log burner, heat pump (for heating and cooling) and a ceiling fan. Firewood is provided. Our home has Ultra fast fibre broadband, Sky TV with Sport, Cromecast and a Bluetooth sound bar. We also provide a small barbeque and some outdoor chairs. You will need to bring your own gas bottle or it can be hired. Laundry A separate laundry is accessed off the living area. It has a tub, washing machine, clothes dryer. An iron and ironing board is also provided. Garage There is room to park one vehicle in the garage. There is also a pool table, dart board and space to store bikes etc. Family friendly 2 x high chairs and a baby bath are supplied. We also have a number of toys, puzzles, story books and games. Bedrooms All beds have electric blankets and all rooms have electric thermostat heaters and wardrobes. Duvets and pillows are provided for the beds and there are plenty of extra pillows and blankets, including smaller ones for a portacot. Bathroom Contains large vanity with storage, hairdryer and shower. The toilet is separate. Firewood This is stored in the Garage. Please ensure you restock the indoor fire basket with logs, kindling and paper. Matches are found high on the bookshelf near the kitchen (out of reach of children). Guest access You'll have exclusive private access to the entire property. Other things to note Fencing Our section is not fully fenced. The area around the house is, however the driveway to the road does not have a gate. BBQ We do not provide a gas bottle for the BBQ. Guests will need to either bring their own or hire one from our property manager for a small daily fee. Linen and towels You will need to bring your own bed sheets, pillow cases and towels or they can be hired . Please advise me if you wish to hire and I will book these items for you. The cost (per item) for hire is as follows: Queen sheet set $17; Single sheet set $14; Bath towels $4; Face cloth $2; Hand towel $3. These charges do not include a bed making service. Bed making is $8 per bed in addition to the above hire charges. Cleaning Guests are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is clean and tidy for the next guest. I can arrange to have the home cleaned upon your departure – the cost of this service is $110. Check out time is 10am if you have a cleaning service booked. We supply: Pillows, duvets and blankets. Tea towels, dishcloths, bath mat, hand soap, cleaning products, cleaning cloths, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, laundry powder. We have cooking oil, salt and pepper, tea, coffee and sugar available in the kitchen. A limited amount of toilet paper is provided per stay.
