Located 15 minutes from the beaches, this non-adjoining cottage of more than 40 m2 for 2 people only will seduce you with its recent amenities and quiet location. Warning: Ceiling height in kitchen, bathroom and bedroom is 2.10 m. You will have an outdoor area to relax and eat and you will have the freedom to walk on our 7000 m2 of land with pond. The space On a 7000 m2 plot including our house and the proposed cottage composed of: - a bathroom equipped with a hair dryer, (towels are not provided). - a living/sitting room equipped with a TV. - a kitchen equipped with a coffee maker – kettle – toaster – tassimo – washing machine – iron and ironing board – all the dishes you'll need for your stay – tea towels. - one bedroom with 140 x 200 bed - linens provided - bed made on arrival. - Wifi 4G box: Please note the wifi is capricious. Outside you will find a table, chairs, a barbecue, 2 deckchairs and an umbrella. An unheated above-ground pool is available from mid-June to mid-September from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and is shared with the owners.
