It is a room with a kitchen, bathroom with toilet, + covered terrace on the south side. The space is fully equipped with underfloor heating, air conditioning and internet (see photo for other equipment). In the immediate vicinity there is a bus stop, grocery store, pharmacy, gym, hairdresser, pedicure, drugstore, restaurant, wellness, café, .... .Only for decent orderly interested parties without animals. The space There are 2 single beds in the room, which can be folded into 2 double beds. There is a large shower with a toilet. During your stay In case of any questions or need of help, we can communicate with each other via the phone or communication apps. Other things to note Apartment operating manual - Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building. Smoking is possible outside the building on the sidewalk. - No open flames in the entire building – candles, sparklers, etc. - In the accommodation area and on the terrace, observe the quiet hours from 10 p.m. to give the neighbors a good night's sleep and thus avoid complaints from them. This is also associated with the sensor lighting on the terrace, which we ask you to turn off for the night with the marked right switch in the bathroom. - In case of loss of keys, the compensation is calculated for the purchase of a new insert at 100 €. - Visitors are not allowed in the accommodation area - Two double beds can be created from two beds, where there is also storage space for bed linen. You can choose from the headrest sizes of your choice. - The table is height adjustable by pressing the foot pedal. There is a folding table on the terrace. - Guests can use the washing machine - the detergent is in the drawer in the bathroom. If necessary, a laundry rack, hair dryer or hand vacuum cleaner is available for you. - The electrical button for the sockets for the washing machine, refrigerator and hob is located in the cabinet under the sink on the left. - Bicycles, skis, stroller, etc. can be stored in the space under the stairs. Please carry and store these items carefully so as not to damage the door, corners of the plaster, the facade of the house, etc. Alternatively, you can leave them in the hallway after consultation. - When using the air conditioning, keep the windows and doors closed. - Leave used bath towels, towels, wipes and footrests on the bathroom floor. - Always close the bidet faucet – not only the bidet shower but also the faucet itself - Any damage to the inventory must be reported and refunded.
