House in southern Burgundy, particularly suitable for a family or group of friends, or just for working in a green setting. Bicycles are available for beautiful rides through the Brionnais countryside: castles, greenway, Romanesque churches, fishing sites and 1000 other surprises await you! In the evening, gather around the brazier for a steak! We look forward to welcoming you and sharing our love for the Brionnais bocage with you. The space The 3 bedrooms are independent and spread over two floors: ideal for hosting 2 families with children. They have two bathrooms. In the winter, the wood burning stove ensures a soft warmth. Sheets and bathroom linen are provided for stays of at least 4 nights. On the garden level, there is the kitchen with all the necessary amenities and some basic groceries... and enough to prepare breakfast. In the living room for reading, board games, brochures and hiking guides. Thick stone walls ensure a temperature that is always pleasant in winter and summer alike. The garden allows you to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings by the fire pit. The starry skies are fabulous and show the Milky Way. For roaming bike guests, you can park or repair your bikes in the attached garage, we can also lend you 4 including 2 for children. The whole building is non-smoking No pets allowed. We have restored this building with care and passion to make it a comfortable and newly equipped place so we expect our hosts to be particularly respectful of the place. Guest access The house is entirely reserved for you. Access is easy from the center of the village. It has enough space to park two cars and a bike garage. From the house you have direct access to the walking trails. Other things to note Baby equipment is available: folding bed, high chair, bottle warmer.
