House in southern Burgundy particularly suitable for bringing together a family, a group of friends, or just to work in the countryside. Bicycles are available for beautiful walks through the Brionnaise countryside: castles, greenway, Romanesque churches, fishing sites and 1000 other surprises await you! In the evening, meet around the brazier for a wood-fired pizza or a ribeye! We look forward to hosting you and sharing our love for the Brionnais bocage. The space The 3 bedrooms are independent and spread over two floors: ideal for hosting 2 families with children. They have two bathrooms. In winter, the wood-burning stove provides a gentle warmth. Linens and towels are provided. On the ground floor is the kitchen with all the necessary amenities and some basic groceries... and enough to prepare breakfast. In the living room there are books, board games, brochures and hiking guides. The thick stone walls ensure a pleasant temperature in winter and summer alike. The garden allows you to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings by the brazier. The starry skies are fabulous and give a glimpse of the Milky Way. For roaming cyclists, you can park or repair your bikes in the adjoining garage, we can also lend you 4, including 2 for children. The entire building is non-smoking No pets allowed We have restored this building with care and passion to make it a comfortable and newly equipped place, so we expect our guests to be particularly respectful of the place. Guest access The house is entirely reserved for you. Access is easy from the center of the village. It has enough space to park two cars and a bike garage. From the house you have direct access to the walking trails. Other things to note Baby equipment is available: folding bed, high chair, bottle warmer.
