Penthouse, located on the top floor of a building at the foot of the Bologna hills. Thanks to the large windows and its terrace, the interior and exterior merge into a single space. Ideal for those who love silence and tranquility within walking distance of the city center. The apartment is near the Giardini Margherita, the city park. The historic center can be reached on foot or by bus with a few stops The space The large windows and the apartment's four exposures make it uniquely bright From the large terrace you can admire the Bolognese Hills and the city's rooftops. The terrace is equipped with all comforts, including a barbecue, for outdoor dining and relaxing in the sun on sunbeds on beautiful days or watching the sunset. All the furniture in the apartment is custom-made The apartment consists of a bedroom with a walk-in closet, a living room with a table, sofas, a bookcase, a television, and a stereo to listen to your music, a long table for smart working, a kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking, and a bathroom with a shower. The sofa bed is in the living room. To make resting more comfortable, I replaced the original mattress with a 20 cm one. Please note that there is a Sky decoder but no card, so if you have one, bring it, so you can watch your favorite programs as if you were at home. All rooms and the terrace are covered by free Wi-Fi. Guest access Guests can access the entire 85-square-meter apartment and the large terrace equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers, a table for outdoor dining and a barbecue. Other things to note For long periods, I provide an extra change of sheets and towels. If the guest is interested in booking more than a month, a special offer will be sent in line with the platform figures. I provide water, coffee and tea for breakfast, as well as small supplies of pasta and sauce to allow those who arrive late to have a hot meal. There is a garage on site for a small car, the cost of which is not included in the apartment booking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but you can go to the terrace.
