Red Head which has a unique dining experience year round is within 5 miles. Renters have access to two unique homeowner and guest-only code access pools, adding to the luxurious experience of staying in this community. The Home owner and their guest pools are often less crowded than public access pools. Osage Beach and the surrounding areas have many activities available in all seasons. Some local favorites include Celebration cruises, Ha Ha Tonka where you can visit the Castle ruins, Big Surf water park, 4 local caves, numerous wineries, state park locations and more. Check with each location regarding seasonal hours of operation. Rental of this home will not provide guest with access to Margaritaville indoor pools or fitness center. Home is also within 20 minute drive to most local attractions like an outdoor waterpark, multiple caves, and state parks. Refer to funlake website for activity ideas. No boat trailers can be parked at home or in estate area.. Pet policy. This property is pet friendly with being newly remodeled luxury vinyl flooring. There is also golf course access from this property which is a safe and scenic place to walk a dog or take a stroll. Maximum of one dog over 40 lbs or 2 dogs under 40 lbs. Dogs must be on a leash when outside due to hoa policies. Other things to note Note that I rent two homes on the same street that have a similar layout although there are many other differences. Only 6 stairs into home. Maximum 2 vehicles allowed at the home. No Trailer or boat parking. No steps needed once inside property. This home does not have direct lake access or a dock connected to the property. Management and owner are locals that are available by phone or airbnb message during your stay if any needs should arise. Disclaimer security camera is on exterior front porch roof near walkway facing toward parking area. Camera records audio and video on motion only. Check in time is after 4 pm. Check out time is at 10 am. All guests and pets must be disclosed at time of booking. Maximum home occupancy is 6 people this includes any visitors. This home does not include access to indoor pool. Access to outdoor pools included with stay seasonally. Fishing dock located at Margaritaville. Smoking is prohibited indoors at this property. Home has central heat and air, the majority of homes in the estates have window units. The air-conditioning for this unit is set to a minimum of 69 degrees and heat to a maximum of 75 degrees, so heat pump can function at best capacity. Fireplace in home is not available for guest use due to insurance requirements and is not listed as an amenity. Home has fubo TV and smart tvs. Outdoor TV is only available when the temperature is above 45 degrees. Easy check out instructions simply start dishwasher and remove trash. Note the back porch was recently remodeled to create more open space and the porch is not screened in. If you have a larger group or want a home near another group a neighboring house is also listed on airbnb. If guest rents a golf cart from a private company please arrange for it to be picked up on last day of your stay before 12 pm as this impacts the parking for the next guest The MAXIMUM occupancy of this house is 6 people per fire department regulations. NO PARTIES or gatherings over 6 people are allowed. Maximum of 2 dogs regardless if they are pets or emotional service animals. In order to keep the cleaning fees as low as possible I am unable to accommodate requests for a late check out. Early check in policy. An early check in may be requested the day before your stay and may be available. The fee for an early check-in is 40$.
