Therefore, all of our listings strictly adhere to Airbnb's cleaning guidelines to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. The space Escape to a green oasis filled with vibrant real plants that bring nature indoors. Our space is thoughtfully designed to create a fresh and calming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Come experience the authentic charm of living greenery! Our apartment offers spacious accommodation with two bedrooms, including an en suite master bedroom. It's ideal for families or groups of friends traveling together. You'll have the entire unit for complete privacy (please refer to the 'Other Things to Note' section for details on sleeping arrangements). The unit is blessed with ample natural light thanks to its large windows. We've taken great care to furnish our home to a high standard, anticipating your needs and providing everything necessary for a perfect stay. Additionally, we've included a washing machine to alleviate any concerns about luggage restrictions. Guest access Starting from January 1st, 2023, amenities such as the pool, gym, sauna, and other facilities will not be accessible to guests. This decision stems from an update in the building management's policies, which unfortunately impacts all listings within VivaCity, including ours. We sincerely appreciate your understanding in this matter. Other things to note Our accommodation offers two bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to four guests in total. For groups of four or less, we will make two bedrooms available as this space is sufficient. Early Check-In: While we cannot guarantee early check-ins, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Late Check-Out: Requests for check-out times after 11:00 am may be considered with advance notice on the morning of departure. Failure to arrange a late check-out through the Airbnb app in advance, and leaving personal belongings in the room after 11:00 am, will incur a charge of RM100 per hour. Access Cards: Currently, we provide three access cards for our guests - two for all access doors and one for parking. Please take good care of these cards, as a fee of RM200 will be imposed for any misplaced cards. Android TV Box: We offer an Android TV Box for guests to enjoy Netflix or YouTube. Sanitary Pads: Please do not dispose of sanitary pads in the toilet bowls. If a blockage occurs due to this, there will be a charge of RM350 for unclogging. Smoking Policy: A penalty of RM250 will be charged if guests are found smoking inside the premises. Guest Liability: Guests are responsible for covering any fines imposed by the Management for violations. All additional payments will be processed through the Airbnb Resolution Center.
