Cosy studio with patio!

This studio is situated in a lovely family home in the beautiful Boka Bay. 5km from the marvelous old city of Kotor. A walking distance from the beach, and a few restaurants. It fits up to four people and is equipped with everything you may need. The space Small comfortable studio apartment with free WiFi on the ground floor of our family house. You have your own access. You get your own private space which includes two twin beds that can be pulled together, a fold out sofa bed, toilet with a shower and a full kitchen. A great location, and very friendly hosts. Checkin Times: We try to be as flexible as possible. During the summer we try to spend most of the days at the beach, because of the kids. But, as there are other people coming and going, we like our CHECK-OUT time to be before NOON. CHECK-IN time to be after 2pm. But we can always work it out to fit your needs. If there aren't people staying after you leave, you can stay a little longer, or if you need a place to put your luggage, that is fine too. Please email me first. If there are people checking in after your stay, and you need a place to put your things while you still explore around, we can arrange that. Anything you may need we shall try and provide you with it, we try to be as helpful as we can. Other things to note City tax at additional charge! 1€ per adult per day. 0.50€ children 12-18 children under the age of 12 don't pay the city tax Please note that upon arrival, you will be asked to provide us with your passports, so we can register you at the local city office, and the passports will be returned as soon as the process is done. You are also free to do this yourself, as the office is not even 20m from our house.
