The space The penthouse is set across the first and second floors of an elevated building, offering privacy, unobstructed views and plenty of natural light. The interior spans approximately 60 m², complemented by a generous 40 m² private terrace that becomes the heart of the stay. The first floor features a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom. The upper floor includes a sofa bed with a real mattress and topper, along with a second bathroom, making the space suitable for up to four guests. Both levels are connected by internal stairs. There are several steps leading up to the property from the street, which guests often mention as a worthwhile trade-off for the views, privacy, and quiet setting. The apartment offers fast 200 Mbps Wi-Fi, air conditioning, convector heating in all rooms and a washing machine, as well as everything needed for a short city break or a longer stay.
