My place is equipped and designed for students, tourists, and a small family who wants to relax and chilling out thru the weekend. The room can accommodate 2- 4 person. The space The unit comes with the most comfiest queen size bed – 2 cotton pillows and a Japanese style queen sized comforter that will snug to your sleep. Basic living area – consist of sofa bed, stylish coffee table, TV, Prepaid Wi-Fi and a ABS-CBN Cable Network. New designed walls so your always ready to take selfie (yes, we got you there!) A minimal kitchen with a coffee maker, pots & pans, rice cooker and stove. Dining table with complimentary coffee’s, creamer and gourmet cookies for every guests. Lastly, basic bathroom essential is provided. Guest access 1. Roof deck and student lounge are off limits due to COVID RESTRICTION and social distancing. Don’t worry once the guidelines are lifted we will update you. 2. Jogging path and other outdoor common areas are open with a limited outdoor exercise with 2m distancing safety protocols and wearing FACE MASK at all TIMES. 3. Swimming pool is open with a maximum of 10 users with a 2m distancing. 4. Parking lot is not included to your stay. If you want to include parking space. Just add 350 overnight, For long term tenants. Discount will be applied. 5. Uptown mall, SM malls are 10 mins away to the bldg. You can use public transportation or just book grab. 6. Water station, LBC, BDO, bakery, 7-11 is just below the bldg. Other things to note Two persons are already included in the rate. After two person the exceeding guest will be charged for 350 pesos per night. Government issued ID for guests are required at least 2 days earlier before check in to allow for proper endorsement to the lobby/reception personnel. Every guests must present medical clearance or vaccine card.
