“Sky” Holiday ECO-Apartment Gordola

The building recently underwent an eco-friendly renovation: hot water and heating are generated by a heat pump. Electricity is supplied by photovoltaic panels installed on the roof. The house is located on the road that leads to the stunning Valle Verzasca. The apartment (about 70 m²) is fully furnished and spans two floors.It also has a large terrace (about 25 m²) with a panoramic view of Lake Maggiore and the Magadino Plain. The same house also features the ECO-Apartment “Magnolia”. The space The apartment is ideal for couples and families and can accommodate up to 4 adults (+ 1 small child). On the first floor you will find a bathroom with shower and a spacious double room with small terrace. Available cot for small children (size 60 x 120 cm, maximum weight 15 kg). A second room with two beds, standard size, convertible into a double bed on request. On the second floor there is a new, large equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, type Nespresso capsule coffee machine and Washing machine) and a bright dining room that leads directly onto the terrace where you can find outdoor table with chairs. Guest access The entire apartment is reserved for the guests. Other things to note For bookings of up to 2 people, only 1 bedroom is available. Please indicate whether you want a parental room or a room with 2 single beds. Without clarification, the parental room will be taken into account. **************** Possibility to relax to a massage service (at a venue nearby or at home). In addition, a 60-minute massage session is offered for every 7 days of accommodation.
