The space The property is located in a very quiet area in the historic center of Caramanico ,a village immersed in the Majella National Park. It is spread over 2 floors and has 2 bedrooms. The room called " FAUNA" has a double bed with a private bathroom inside it , large living room, kitchen for breakfast and any lunch and dinner , terrace with the possibility of having breakfast with spectacular panoramic view of the Morrone and Maiella mountains. A Market Alimentari-Tabaccheria is located a few meters away. Guest access The house is located about 40 minutes from Pescara, a lively seaside resort, and therefore from the airport and central station and about 2 hours from Rome. Adjacent to the structure there are several places without toll to park your car , for motorcycle owners there is the possibility to park it in the space adjacent to the house. Other things to note There are numerous activities to be carried out being a mountain resort is a few kilometers from the sea: hiking, adventure park, trekking, horseback riding, municipal pool, canoe, e-bike, quad.
