La Quercia (with pool)

La Quercia is a studio apartment that is part of a village located on top of a hill from which you can enjoy a spectacular view of the valley. It consists of a comfortable and exclusive outdoor space, a bathroom with a shower, an open kitchenette, a double bed and a sofa bed in case of additional guests (1 adult or 2 children under 12 years of age to be considered as extra at a cost of €25 per night). The space -La Quercia- is an apartment located in a small village consisting of four independent structures, equipped with their own private and exclusive outdoor space and a shared swimming pool. The entire structure was built in the last century, in harmony with nature, in the center of about 30 hectares of gardens and cultivated fields, with the presence of roses, lavender, wild flowers, a vineyard and trees, which invite you to browse the pages of a book, sipping a glass of wine, while nature creates the right atmosphere. The outdoor areas are all equipped to allow you to enjoy maximum comfort from each of them. Fascinating trails allow long walks through the fields and woods, along the river there are several natural pools where you can relax.
