SURFSIDE LODGE ON THE BEACH Note: 3 Night minimum Beautifully located opposite the beach at Cape Bridgewater with panoramic views of the ocean and capes. The beach offers excellent swimming, fishing, surfing and long scenic walks. Portland Surf Lifesaving club patrol the swimming beach during weekends and public holidays. Launching of boats with 4 WD vehicles off the beach is possible, subject to weather and beach conditions. Historic Portland city is 18 kms away. The Lodge is about 200 metres from the popular award winning cafe/coffee kiosk. Popular with locals and visitors alike. Seals by the Sea tours operate in this bay; bookings are recommended. The 3 bedroom home provides a bathroom plus separate shower room and 2 separate toilets. Amenities include 2 split system air conditioners, ceiling fan, electric cooking , microwave, large 2 door fridge plus a drink fridge. The timber lined lounge includes large TV, DVD player, wood heater and air con, library of books and dvds. Stunning views from main living areas also make it easy to oversee the family on the beach. Bed configuration: two bedrooms each have a queen bed and third has two singles plus double bunk. The sunny north facing back yard is secure and protected, providing room for two or three cars or even a boat. The single garage has power and houses firewood and a few beach toys for guests use.
