Small and cozy apartment (40m2) near to GEOLA beach, located 5 min walk to the CARMEL market and all the main streets : alenbi, bograshov, hayarkon. the bicycle road and the promenade beach is in front of the building. the apartment is not new, but its a very cool place and the neighborhood is nice, also the beach.
