Built in 2018. We have a chef’s gourmet kitchen, two master bedrooms, two queen bedrooms and even a custom built bunk room that sleeps 6 in that one room alone! In total the house sleeps 12 people. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The house has an open concept area with kitchen, dining and living room, but also has a downstairs family room. The house has three decks facing the ocean! The street side also has two more decks. There is a two car garage and total parking for 4 cars.
