We are not merely a house with a pool, but a stunning cluster of villas spread across a lush, expansive garden. Enjoy exclusive use of the entire resort; we only host one group at a time. Our base rate covers 25 guests, with a max capacity of 40 (extra fees apply). Amenities: Basketball court (convertible to Pickleball!), Karaoke, Dining Hall, Billiards, Ping Pong, Kitchen & Playground, etc. The space Our resort is thoughtfully designed to host large groups across multiple air-conditioned villas and suites. Base Capacity: Our standard rate includes the Main Villa (1 bedroom with living room) and the Lanai Villa (2 bedrooms) can comfortable accommodate for up to 25 guests. Extended Capacity: For larger gatherings, we can accommodate up to 40 guests by opening our additional Poolside and Luxury Villas (additional fees apply). Essentials: All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned, and basic toiletries are provided for your convenience. At the heart of our property is the Dining Pavilion, an expansive, dedicated venue perfect for group celebrations and social activities. This beautifully designed space features a buffet area, long banquet-style seating, and a cozy lounge. It serves as the ideal hub for shared meals, team-building sessions, or milestone event celebrations. We offer a diverse range of amenities to ensure every guest finds their perfect pace: Sports: A half-sized basketball court that easily converts into a Pickleball court, plus Billiards and Ping Pong. Entertainment: A dedicated children’s playground and a high-quality Karaoke/PA system for evening gatherings. Dining & Culinary: Guests have full flexibility with their meals. You are welcome to bring your own food and utilize our fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. Alternatively, for a completely stress-free experience, you may opt for full-board meals, where our kitchen staff provides full meal service and catering (extra fees apply). Important Guest Information Parking: Secure on-site parking is available for up to 15 vehicles. The Pool: Our swimming pool is for your group's exclusive use (please note: the pool is not heated). Services: Fresh towels are available for rent (₱100 each), and extra floor mattresses can be provided upon request (₱500 each). We look forward to hosting your group!
