It`s on thegroundfloorand theroomsare simple and functional. The house consists of 2 double bedrooms, a large living room with single bed and kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. Thegardenis furnished with the necessary to eat lunch or dinner in the open or simply to relax. The surroundings of Dimore Turchesi Dimore Turchesi is a small complex of holiday homes by the Ionian sea, ideal for a relaxing vacation with beautiful sunsets. It`s100 meters away from the seawith sandy beaches and beach establishments where the guests can spend their days. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 44 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Air conditioner only in the hallway. - Please note that payment of the security deposit of euro 300 is required upon arrival by credit card, cash or instant bank transfer. This amount will be returned within 7 days of check-out, unless damages are found. Guest access Inside the house includes a large living room with open-style kitchen with a sofa that can be used as the fifth sleep. A hallway, equipped with air conditioning, leads to two tastefully furnished double bedrooms and to the modern bathroom with large shower.
