Cleaning service is provided 1time a week with towel change and beddings. Conveniently located walking distance to banks, restaurants, massage shops, taxi stands, convenience stores and of course the beach. Smoking allowed only on the balcony. Extra charge for electricity up on a usage. Not expensive, we have modern electricity saving air-conditioners installed. We can help arranging Airport Pick-up. Extra Cleaning, bed sheets and towel change could be arranged up on a request(reasonable fee), nanny for children. Our place is only 7-9min walking to Karon beach and about 20-25min walking to Kata beach. Great swimming and lots of water activities. Many many restaurants and massage places, few bars, little shops, banks, convenient stores and it is all in only 3-10min walking distance. Most guests/returning guests who staying with us like the convenience, that it safe and easy to access, easy to get a transportation and not yet overly crowded. And if you walk for only 10-20min you will be in a very busy part of Karon, there Temple and two evening markets, and more restaurants, bars, shops. Most people who staying in this project like it for the fact that they don't have to worry about transportation and they can always easily get a Taxi if they need to travel sometimes. There is also car/bikes rental places just 3-5min waking distance. We provide cleaning 1t. a week with change of beddings for guests who staying for longer than a week. We have everything you might need for cleaning in our condo. Also I can arrange extra cleaning for you (every day for 300baht, 1-2time a week only 500baht). Guest access Two large swimming pools, gym, car parking, nice and green territory. Other things to note *Please keep apartment clean and tidy. *Garbage must be taken out regularly. Garbage area is in the basement on the parking floor. *We provide towels for each guest (3 each of Bath, Hands, Beach and also kitchen and bathmats). Also we can provide extra towels for the child and baby bed with beddings. *Extra Cleaning could be arranged up on a request(reasonable fee), nanny for children. *According to the guests number and special requests, Baby crib and extra bed will be provided. *Extra charge for electricity up on a usage paid before guests leave. 7baht per a unit. Its a very big apartment and electricity usage is usually between 100-200baht a day.
