Peaceful Tropical retreat as a base to explore Melbourne, Dandenong Ranges, beach, Philip Island and Mornington Peninsula and hot-springs from. The city is 45min drive or 1 hour by train. WIFI, Foxtel, and Netflix for entertainment. Train Station is 25min walk/10min bus ride (stops at Cranbourne Shopping Centre). There are 3 large 3 smaller shopping centres nearby. The closest is 15min walk away. There is an outdoor gym in the park across from the house, gym with aquatic centre is 10min walk. Filtered drinking water for those that are health minded. There is a separate fridge for guests so you don’t have to go shopping every few days. Only 3 min walk to bus stop that takes 10 min to Cranbourne train station and 1 hour by train to the city. The busses and trains are synced so that the waiting time are limited. The bus to the train station pass by Cranbourne shopping centre. Close to shopping centres perfect for getting take away or early breakfast and coffee on the way to explore Melbourne or the countryside. The closest is only 10-15 min walk away through a scenic hilltop park. Cranbourne shopping centre is 25 min walk or 8 min bus ride. The bus stop is a 3 min walk from the home through the park that is opposite the home. Casey Central shopping centre is a 5min drive and Fountain gate shopping centre and cinema is a 10min drive or 5 min drive to Casey central or Cranbourne park shopping centre's if you don’t want to catch a movie. Beautiful tropical landscaped garden to enjoy a relaxing BBQ evening, lunch or breakfast. If you want to cook there is a large kitchen that has everything you would need to create a gourmet meal. There are 3 separate outdoor seating areas each with a dedicated firepit or fire chimney some under the stars and others under a covered patio. Relax with a glass of wine around a fire pits or lie on the loungers and watch the sunset or stars. Have a movie evening and watch Netflix on your laptop under the stars or read a book on the loungers in the morning with your coffee. Ample street parking with large trees to provide shade in quiet and peaceful street. The home is opposite a park that have a dedicated area with outdoor exercise equipment and walking and running paths as well as BBQ area. Casey Race Aquatic Centre with heated indoor Olympic swimming pool, spa, sauna, steam room, smaller hot swimming pools, rides and fully equipped gym is only 10 min walk away. Guest access You will have access to the garden and covered outdoor area, living, dining and kitchen, bathroom and laundry. WIFI with superfast fibre optic internet access, Netflix and Foxtel in living room for entertainment as well as gas BBQ facilities. Outdoor alfresco area, loungers and fire pits. Please note that if someone is staying in the blue room the outdoor seating area in front of the blue room is reserved for only the occupants of the blue room.
