The Vineyard

A recently built, architect designed, contemporary four bedroom house with a sedum roof, which is ideally located within a few minutes' walk of the beach and the High Street at Budleigh Salterton, East Devon. The house is very close to the coastal walking path and a large natural park, and it is within walking distance of all other local facilities. It has a very private garden with a feature pond as well as its own parking space. The space Although single storey the house does have some steps as it's built on three separate levels. There are however no more than three steps each time the level changes, with banisters to assist. There is an outdoor table tennis table which guests can use. The beds are one queen size, two doubles, and two singles. The pond only has approximately 8 inches of water in it, but this would nevertheless pose a risk to unsupervised babies or toddlers, which is why we do not recommend it for any so young. There are a number of games and DVD's at the property for the use of guests Guest access Please note that there is only one parking space at the property for guests. If you are bringing more than 1 car, there is a free car-park nearby, and sometimes there is a space opposite on the public road, but this cannot be guaranteed. Other things to note The house is set up for a maximum of 8 guests.
