The beach and pier are only about 300 m away, the center is about 250 m away – the perfect location for relaxing hours by the sea and eventful days in the center. Season Beach chair included On the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach, a beach chair is available free of charge during the beach chair season from May 15, 2026 to September 15, 2026. House The modern apartment has a living and kitchen area as well as two bedrooms and can accommodate six guests. The entire apartment is equipped with high-quality oak parquet flooring (white oiled). A lighting concept accompanies you at any time of the day with the right lighting. The first bedroom has a high-quality double bed (1.60 m wide) and a wardrobe with plenty of storage space. In the second sleeping area, another comfortable designer double bed (1.60 m wide) offers pleasant sleeping comfort. Both double beds are equipped with high-quality Vitalis Trio Deluxe h3 comfort mattresses. A third sleeping option for the fifth and sixth person is provided by a comfortable Bolia designer sofa bed with a full-quality spring mattress (1.60-meter width) in the living room. From all sleeping areas, you have access to the large terrace. The practical things (e.g. a washing machine) are located in the utility room. The first bathroom includes a bathtub and a toilet. In the second bathroom, there is a shower and a toilet. The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. In the dining area, a real oak wood table with a bench invites you to linger for six people. Electric shutters ensure comfortable sleeping comfort. Also, underfloor heating offers the guest a great feel-good atmosphere. You can enjoy the sun on the spacious southwest-facing terrace with beautiful garden furniture and idyllic views of the countryside. A parasol provides shade on hot summer days. Entertainment For evening entertainment, three LED TVs are available and invite you to cozy TV evenings. Wi-Fi access and a stereo system with iPod connection are also part of the entertainment. A Playstation 4, including two microphones and two controllers, offers a welcome change after a long day at the beach. Design & Style The lovingly designed apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Bright rooms, warm wooden tones and subtle blue nuances are reminiscent of the beach and create a cozy, special atmosphere. Park & Bikes So that you do not need to search for a parking space on vacation, an underground parking space (clearance height max. 2.10 m) for your car is available directly under the house.
