Gîte du Mont Gérard

The Mont Gérard is located alone and is part of the area of Mille Etangs, Haute-Saône. The domaine is a 20 hectare farm with its own lake of 7 hectares, forest and pasture land (horses, cattle). The farmhouse is used by the owners and the "Hüsi" is rented. Hikers, motorcyclists and cyclists, riders (horses welcome) will find an area with all possibilities here. Fishing and swimming in the private lake. Barbecue and outdoor seating can be used. Sauna. The space The "Hüsi" is a renovated and partly newly constructed building with 3 rooms, integrated kitchen, bathroom, toilet and sleeps up to four people. The area is about 65 m² and is located on the first floor. The studio and basement rooms are on the ground floor. From the large panoramic window of the living room you can enjoy the view of meadows and Etang. There is a massive fir floor throughout the house.
