Charming ex. heybarn

A restored ex. hey-barn has a spacious bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen.Access to the entrance is by a open "piazza" that also is the access to one of our other apartments. By a small staircase is the dedicated outdoorspace, table and chairs. The shared pool is open approx. beginning June to end September, time may vary. Heating system ONLY with wood-stove, handeld by guest. Guest access The entrance to the house is from the external square which is also the entrance to the other apartment for rent on the property. The use of this square with external groups is exclusively for use by this other apartment. The external spaces for the barn are accessed via an external staircase. Other things to note The shared pool is open approx. beginning June to end September, time may vary. Heating system ONLY with wood-stove, handeld by guest, wood is provided for. Situated in the Chianti-region in a quiet village it has the advantage of being in the middle of the countryside but still close to famous cities and villages. We strongly recommend to travel by car, it's necessary for best discovering Tuscany as for grocery-shopping and restaurants. Access from the village via a dirt road not recommended for low cars.
