Most importantly, there are fantastic sea views from every room in the house with sunsets to die for! Ground Floor: Villa Kastalia’s ground floor living space is open plan and spacious with lounge seating area, coffee table, TV etc at one end, internal dining area in the cente and the modern fully-fitted and well equipped kitchen to the left of the dining area. There is access to the pool and garden terrace off this room via sliding patio doors. Stairs to the right of the front door entrance lead to the first floor. First Floor : There are 4 bedooms ( three double bedrooms and a single bedroom) , walk in wardrobe, large livingroom, kitchen, three bathrooms with a jacuzzi and a shower. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, bedrooms 2 and 3 share a family shower room. All have A/C units, clothes hanging and drawer space.
