Medieval villa between Rome and Naples - Sermoneta

Located in the heart of the medieval town of Sermoneta, this ancient house is just a 4 mins walk from the castle and located just below the oldest church (1100 ad). Ten mins far from the local train station to reach Rome in 30 mins! Ideal for one or two families or group of friends!!! The space A medieval house surrounded by a medieval and well preserved town will make the stay unique. The house is at the town borders but inside the town walls and just few steps far from the castle and the town center. Inside the ancient rock walls of the house and outside in the garden you will forget the existance of the word "noise". Rome and Naples can be reached through the local train station 12 mins far. The train takes 35 mins to reach Rome and 90mins Naples. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the entire house, including the garden and swimming pool. There are no shared rooms or shared areas. Access to the garden is through external stone steps, in keeping with the historic character of the property. Some short sections may not have a handrail or side railing, so guests are kindly asked to take care when going up and down the steps. Other things to note The house is located inside the old town, with a parking area available just outside the historic center. We provide our guests with up to 2 parking passes. The castle is only a 5-minute walk away. The private pool is located inside the garden and is for your exclusive use. The train station is about 15 minutes away by car, and from there it takes around 30 minutes to reach Rome by train. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, including the garden and pool area. The swimming pool is available during the summer season, from May to October. Independent heating is available.
