This pretty Landes house is nestled in the heart of Armagnac! The calm and beauty of the landscapes make it a guarantee of rest to better recharge your batteries! For 8 years, we have been renovating it constantly, and can say today that it is very comfortable: everything is new, and it has just been equipped with a swimming pool and air conditioning! Our teens love going there and we have a great time as a family. We wholeheartedly want you to enjoy it! Happiness is really in the meadow! The space The house is fully air-conditioned! And the pool has recently found its place with a magnificent view! On the ground floor: Composed of a 35 m2 living room with 2 comfortable sofas, coffee table, TV and fireplace, the dining room in continuity with wooden table and chairs, this large room benefits from all the light thanks to a glass door and a window on one side and a double French window on the other. The 22 m2 kitchen is perfectly equipped: Large fridge, rotating heat oven, microwave, induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, range hood, food processor, freezer. A pretty painted wooden table in the center, with multiple baskets and breadbaskets! Separated by an airlock, the bedrooms are very comfortable: On the ground floor, the 1st is nearly 20 m2 and includes a 160 double bed and a closet with shelves and a wardrobe.
