The space This spacious and modern luxury Villa is the perfect getaway for family and friends. The Villa's large outdoor lawn, private pool and decking area allow for a great time outside surrounded by trees, palms and a high perimeter fence for complete privacy. A complimentary BBQ is provided allowing for fun outdoor dining. The Villa features a modern European kitchen equipped with all the essential plates, glasses and cutlery, a built-in oven and a large marble island table to cater for an informal dining setting. A beautiful formal dining room overlooks the garden and pool through an open and stylish glass exterior that also features a large natural wooden table and floor. The spacious modern lounge area features a large couch and bean bags, a smart TV and is surrounded by stylish French doors overlooking the pool and back garden. Complimentary Wifi is provided as are books, magazines and board games. The modern and stylish staircase to the second floor is attached to the lounge and kitchen. The Villa has 4 large bedrooms each with wooden floors and connect to modern bathrooms. All bed sheets, pillows and duvets are provided complimentary as are essential bathroom items. The downstairs bedroom has a king-sized bed and features French doors which open up to the pool and decking area for a lovely natural setting. The large master bedroom features a king-sized bed and has its own inbuilt smart TV and French doors which open out to a balcony with table and chairs that overlook the garden and pool. The third bedroom has a king-sized bed with views over the pool and garden to the back of the Villa. The fourth bedroom has 2 single beds and overlooks the pool. The villa also features a large, secured carport which can accommodate up to 4 cars and also has a gas-fired kitchen and a washing machine area. The villa is cleaned everyday whilst for guests on longer stays, bedsheets and pillow cases are changed every 5 days. The Villa also features a (international) security system. Guest access Guests have complete access to all parts of the property. Feel free to relax and enjoy the spacious surroundings.
