Welcome to our charming 3-room Friends & Family Retreat homestay in the heart of Udaipur’s posh area — a calm, green, and family-run retreat where everyone feels at home. We are proudly LGBTQ+ welcoming, couple-friendly, and offer you privacy, warmth, and local hospitality. Enjoy equipped kitchen, cozy living & dining. The space Our's is a personal Home, we live on 1st floor & the Homestay is on the Ground Floor. We have a Garden Area, in which you can enjoy the chirping of few birds, their play and other activities, if you are an early riser. Its a peaceful area, with safe and tension free parking facilities. Its silence attracts guests from all walks of life - say it poets, writers, artists, or youths, old age people. Group of Friends, 3 Couples or Family's etc have till date cherished this home away from home. With kids, its easy as you get a kitchen with Fridge, OTG & Gas burner to make something for them. You can enjoy making tea or coffee of your own taste. Guest access Guests have an access to Lobby area, Dining Area, kitchen & Garden area other than the room which they have booked. Using Kitchen is nominally Charged. We also provide Home made breakfast but on order & on chargable basis. We can also get the specialties of udaipur like Dal or Pyaz kachories, Samosas, kaham, Pure Ghee Jalebi etc from the market as breakfast on chargable basis. Other things to note • Check In Time : 11:00 AM. •Check-Out Time: 9:30 AM . •Late Checkout will lead to extra charges. Full-day charge will be levied for all early check-in and late-departure rooms. •No outside food allowed in the room. you can have it in the Dining Area. •Smoking is not allowed inside the Premises. Open areas are there for Smoking. •As it’s a Jain house no Non-Veg or Eggs are allowed in the house. •Nothing will be served inside the rooms. You have to come to the Dining Area. •Entry after 11:30 PM not allowed, as there is no night life in Udaipur. •Shall not be responsible for the cars of resident/visiting guests or for any loss or damage caused to them while they are parked in/near our premises. Visiting guest cars to be parked outside the premises. The home stay is not responsible for handling the guest cars, driver’s/maid's food and accommodation. •The guests shall be liable for loss or damages caused by them, their employees, other assistants or event participants with respect to hotel property and assets. The loss would be recovered from the host/guest/client by the hotel management in addition to the billing and the host/guest/client accepts the above condition. •Arms and ammunition are not allowed on home stay premises. •Pets are not allowed on home stay premises. •Photo ID (Photocopies & Original both)is required for all the guests staying in the hotel, including guests sharing the same room. •The hotel also supports "Swach Bharat Abhiyan." All guests are requested to not litter waste and to use dustbins provided in all areas of the hotel to throw any waste/garbage. •Guests are requested to Switch-Off all the Lights, Fans, Geysers, Ac’s before leaving the room. “Save resources”. •Geyser takes 5-7 minutes to re-heat the water, so once you have taken out water, have patience and wait for 5-7 minutes for the water to get hot for further use..as we do it in our home. •The guest who violates house rules and disturbs the peace will be unconditionally refused for the accommodation & the money will not be refunded. •Tea/Coffee/Milk etc. will be made available on request but on chargeable basis. Using Kitchen is nominally Charged. We also provide Home made breakfast but on order & on chargable basis.
