Casa Elena is a beautifully restored home set within a historic 17th-century villa in the heart of Praiano. Perfect for up to 6 guests, it features elegant interiors, spacious sea-view terraces, and a private hot tub for relaxing while enjoying breathtaking coastal views. Its central location makes it easy to reach restaurants, shops, bus stops, and the beach on foot. A private parking space is also available on request for an additional fee. The space ACCOMMODATION FEATURES Casa Elena offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. All rooms are tastefully furnished, air-conditioned, and the master bedrooms feature panoramic views that enhance the sea scenery. Outdoor spaces are one of the home’s key strengths, providing unique settings for outdoor breakfasts, sunset aperitifs, or simply enjoying the surrounding natural beauty. The house is arranged over two levels: FIRST FLOOR • Large panoramic seafront terrace furnished with table and chairs for six, sun loungers, BBQ, heated hot tub with sea view, and outdoor shower (open year-round). (Please note: the hot tub requires approximately 24 hours to heat up – maximum temperature 40°C). • Panoramic patio accessible from both the bedrooms and living area, with table and benches for outdoor dining • Spacious living and dining area with double sofa bed • Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher • Two large double bedrooms (bed size 160x190 cm) with direct access to the outdoor areas and sea view • Two bathrooms with shower MEZZANINE AREA • Two single beds (cannot be joined), ideal for children or teenagers (with no view) LOCATION AND NEARBY ATTRACTIONS Casa Elena is located in the center of Praiano, on the eastern side of the Amalfi Coast, with easy access from the main road via approximately 35 steps. The location is extremely convenient, with: • Restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance • Local bus stop directly in front of the property • SITA bus stop approx. 500 m away • Grocery store “Tutto per Tutti” nearby • Main beach “La Praia” reachable with a scenic 20-minute walk or 5 minutes by bus/car. This is also where the pier for private boat departures is located. For guests traveling independently, a fenced parking space connected to the property is available on request (paid service). Local taxis and NCC services can be arranged for quick transfers to Positano, Amalfi, or other destinations. This strategic location allows easy exploration of renowned coastal towns such as Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello, thanks to efficient public transport links and scenic coastal roads. ACCESS AND PARKING Casa Elena is accessible by car, with a paid parking area located just below the property. From the parking area, the entrance can be reached by approximately 30 steps. This convenient access allows guests to arrive easily while still enjoying a peaceful and private setting, just a short distance from the road. Upon request, a paid porter service can be arranged for luggage assistance at check-in and check-out. • Public paid parking is available at approximately 200 meters from the property. Parking is not reservable and may be crowded in high season due to the limited number of spaces. GETTING AROUND Thanks to its strategic location, Casa Elena allows guests to explore the Amalfi Coast easily even without a car. • Boat excursions from Praiano (Marina di Praia – approx. 1 km): The most scenic and relaxing way to travel along the coast. Ideal for visiting Capri, Positano, Amalfi, and sea-access-only coves while avoiding traffic and parking issues. • Public buses (SITA and local buses – stop approx. 500 m away): Regular connections to Positano and Amalfi. A practical and economical option, though often crowded and slower during high season. • Private driver: Offers comfort and flexibility, with higher costs compared to public transport and limited availability during peak periods. Advance booking (at least one day ahead) is recommended. • On foot: The most authentic way to experience Praiano. All services are reachable by walking, always involving steps and elevation changes typical of the area. Recommended for guests accustomed to walking. • Scooter rental: Provides greater independence in terms of schedules and routes, but is recommended only for experienced riders comfortable with narrow and busy coastal roads. Guest access The entire property, including the stunning panoramic terrace, the garden, the HotTub area, is for the exclusive use of guests. Enjoy complete privacy and independence during your stay at Casa Elena, with no shared spaces. Other things to note • We offer self check-in for maximum flexibility. If you prefer to be welcomed in person, this can be arranged upon request and subject to availability, within 8:00 PM. • Private PAID parking can be arranged on request, just above the property. While public paid parking is available at approximately 200 meters, but is not reservable and may be crowded in high season. • Upon request, a paid porter service can be arranged to assist with luggage at check-in and check-out. • The Hot Tub needs about 24 hours to warm up. Please let us know in advance if you wish to find it warm at arrival. • Please note that the property is located in a natural Mediterranean setting. As part of the local environment, you may occasionally encounter small insects or wildlife, such as ants, spiders, small insects, or lizards, both in the outdoor areas and, occasionally, inside the house.
