The space Ocean Front & Boardwalk are only a block away! Clean, comfortable, well equipped 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo on the corner of 9th & Pacific Avenues, backing right up to Atlantic Avenue! Guest access The entire apartment/condo will be your private home! Other things to note *We aim to stay on Saturday or Sunday to Saturday or Sunday weekly schedule in July. Sometimes we are able to be flexible. Please inquire! *A parking pass for a second car allowing in and out privileges in the 9th Street Garage directly across the street is available for a small fee.) *For off Season Extended Stays of 28+ nights: Please note a copy of a gov. Issued ID or passport matching the reservation will be required within 24 hours of a confirmed reservation of 28 nights or more as well as a signed rental agreement.
