Last minute bookings welcome! This fully self contained cottage has a king bed master bedroom and a bunk room with two bunks (4 beds). New bathroom and cosy lounge, separate dining area and a deck with stunning views east and west. You can see the ocean out of every window! Relax in comfort with amazing views of the ocean from the cottage and gardens. Large trampoline, cubby with slide and sandpit. Beach access across the road, walk to the lovely Carisbrook Falls. Apollo Bay is 13 minutes away. The space The king bed has a super luxury 7cm topper ensuring a comfortable and cozy sleep Seacroft Ocean View Cottage is situated at the back of a former monastery that was active from the early 1940s until 2011. The aspect is spectacular with views both east and west along the coast and out to the ocean. The cottage is set at the top of a large lawn providing ample space for children to run around. There is a large trampoline for children only and a slide and sandpit. The whole property is set on a farm of 25 acres which is on the Great Ocean Road. We normally have cattle in our paddocks creating a lovely farm feel. All linen and towels are supplied, please bring all other personal items including shampoo and a hair dryer should you need one. We supply soap (liquid) to wash your hands as per the Airbnb essentials. The main bedroom has a baby crib, portacot and a small cot bed to accommodate for all sizes of young children. There is a split system Airconditioner and heater in the main lounge and kitchen, radiant heaters in the bedrooms as well as a Tastic heat light in the bathroom. In addition to this there is also a wood combustion heater that can be used ONLY by prior arrangement and if you are experienced with one and have managed one before. You will need to bring your own wood and kindling which can be sourced at any of the local service stations or supermarkets. There is a dedicated shared coffee bar in the front carpark that has a coffee machine that dispenses freshly ground cafe style coffee for a small fee. Guest access You have exclusive access to the entire cottage. Other things to note Children under 5 are free if they are accommodated in your bed. All other older children count as an extra person. No fires please.
