Apartment Micnek Peacefull oasis close to the lake

The Micnek is around 150 years old farmhouse. It was desolate for few years, but when we have found it, we had vision and bought it. It was completely restored with love to old details. Lots of work was done by ourself. The house has modern appliances, but it keeps its alpine farmhouse style and charm. In our region in the villages every house has a name. It is not the same as family name. Mostly it is forgotten where name comes from. And the house name was Micnek. And we kept it. The space In 2018completely restored old farmhouse Micnek is located 700m from Bled lake, close to rowing center,1,2km Bled castle, 2km from the sport hall, provides self catering accommodation in Bled. There is free parking by the house. There are two apartments in the house. House vould be rented as whole, for 11 persons. The property offers access to free WIFI. Heating is possible with infra red panels. The air conditioned apartment with 62m2 living space with two separate bedrooms, one with king bed and safe, one with bunk bed, a bathroom with free toiletries, a cosy living room with traditional wood stove, a library, a flat screen TV and seating area and sofa. The spacious kitchen has a dinning area, an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge with freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a kitchen ventilation, a toaster, a kettle and all necessaries for self catering. The kitchen has access to 40m2 sunny terrace with mountain views. A small herb and spice garden is also there. On the terrace there are barbecue facilities, deckchairs, hammock , chairs, a table an parasols. Storage for bicycles, motorbikes, skies and other sport equipment is available in the garage. We have large colection of bikes in different sizes for free for our guests. In the garage is also a dryer. In December 2019 we build a finnish sauna in the basement of the house with a room to relax, drink tea,... and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Guest access The guests have access to all rooms in the apartment and to spacious treace with barbecue facilities and to storage room in the garage.
