This flat (90sqm) is located on the 1st floor of our house with a total of 3 holiday flats. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room, a living room with 2 sofa beds and access to the balcony and a large fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table. The guests of the house can share the rear garden area with a large terrace with tables and chairs and a fixed barbecue. Parking (small fee) and a bus stop are available in front of the house. The space Our guesthouse Koblenz is a specially designed holiday home for groups, craftsmen and large families. It has 3 floors, each with a (differently) large, locked flat and offers space for a total of 24 people, with use of the sofa beds and extra beds even for 30 people. The enclosed garden behind the house can be used by the guests of the house for resting, celebrations and barbecues. Due to its location between the water protection area and the industrial park, it is very quiet at night, but ideal for celebrating, because - if you rent the whole house - you won't disturb anybody in the neighbourhood! You can park your car on our property (small fee). Guest access Of course our guests have free internet access via Wifi. If all bedrooms are fully occupied, there is a further shared bathroom with 2 showers and a separate toilet and a guest toilet in the basement of the house. Also, a washing machine and a tumble dryer are available for washing clothes in the basement. Parking spaces for our guests are available at the house (small fee). The guesthouse Koblenz has a large garden with garden furniture and a barbecue area, where our guests can relax from the strains of the day. Other things to note You can bring your own bed linen or borrow it for a fee (15 Euro/ set of bed linen, 5 Euro/ set of towels).
